Like many of you, Anna was instinctively drawn to yoga and began trying DVDs and classes at a local gym in Missoula, MT. While studying molecular biology in graduate school, she was inspired by the fantastic teachers at her neighborhood yoga studio in Queens, NY and the diverse yoga experiences available to explore around NYC. Anna first trained at the Himalayan Institute (HI), completing the 200HR residential teacher training program with their exceptional faculty. She later spent 6 weeks at HI as a resident, immersed in the yogic lifestyle and enjoying the frequent trainings and seminars offered on weekends. Anna returned to HI to complete their 500HR advanced teacher training. Most recently, in 2018, she began training with Yoga Medicine.

Cami is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor who has been with the Yoga Center since September of 2018. After graduating with Sarva Rasa Yoga, her instructor offered her a position teaching in Phuket Thailand as an intern for other Sarva Rasa yoga teacher trainings. Following this, Cami spent the next year traveling and teaching classes abroad in various countries before moving to Butte to pursue an education in nursing.

Cami’s classes are vinyasa based with an emphasis on proper alignment through muscular action. These classes are geared towards all level but offer adjustments to either advance or modify your practice. Regardless of where you are along your yogic or personal path, these classes can be both empowering and humbling to the practitioner who embraces them to their fullest.

Victorian moved to Butte in 2018 from Mississippi, where she completed her yoga teacher training (YTT – 200) under the instruction of Erin Mulligan and obtained her certification in Vinyasa Flow. She has been a student of yoga since 2016 and a practitioner of Ashtanga yoga for the past year. Her teaching style focuses on foundational, grounding movements and poses, as well as plenty of vinyasas that closely follows the primary series of Ashtanga. Victorian is also a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) and is serving as an AmeriCorps member. Her growing asana practice on the mat has taught her much and opened her eyes to what yoga means off the mat. We are all students in this world, always learning – and she hopes to learn and practice with you soon.

Amy studied at Nancy Ruby’s Yoga Motion Academy, where she received her 200-hour YTT. Amy embarked on a journey of self-healing and self love through yoga, meditation, and pranayama.

Amy has been practicing yoga for nearly 12 years. Amy is a Butte native, and is currently studying massage therapy, after spending nearly 8 years as a Registered Nurse within the community of Butte.

In Amy’s classes, you will enjoy her warm presence, as she progressively moves through the asana practice, connecting the breath with movement, settling the mind and listening to the body, and focusing on the reconnection to the true Self as it guides you through self healing and love.
